My research interests are related to water resources, risks and management in high-mountain regions. I am currently working on both risks and options from changing water resources in the context of glacier shrinkage, lake growth and human vulnerabilities. My regional focus lies on the Peruvian Andes. I am part of the Glacier Project (UZH, CARE) within two tropical glacier regions: the Cordillera Blanca (Ancash) and the Cordillera Vilcanota (Cusco).
